Tina’s has over 18 years’ of HR experience, with a background in blue-chip UK businesses such as Esso Petroleum, Vodafone, Honda UK and heading up the HR function in Virgin’s groundbreaking and exciting foray into Automotive retailing with Virgin Cars. After a spell as an HR Consultant supporting SMEs and independent businesses, Tina moved to the Middle East with her family and has carried out headhunting, recruitment and consultancy assignments in Dubai and Oman. She joined the CIPD Middle East in 2018, responsible for Professional Development and is tasked with promoting the short courses training and CIPD qualifications offering to CIPD members and beyond, as well as supporting large-scale projects and delivering training excellence to clients and partners.
