Omar Ismail MSc MPNLP
Over the last 26 years Omar has worked in various areas of HR and had the opportunity to develop CEO’s, Managing Directors and their teams. During this time, he has held several different positions within HR such as Head of Learning & Development, HR Director, Director of People Development and Head of Talent Strategy.
More recently Omar has focused his efforts within the GGC region working with many prominent organisations such as RAK Banks, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Dubai Business Women Council, Saudi Capital Markets, HSBC, Almarai, Saudi Aramco, PWC Training Academy, Dubai’s Prime Minister’s Office for Innovation, Dubai Municipality, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing and Central Bank UAE.
Today Omar uses his experience and knowledge to enhance his role as an associate trainer for the CIPD in the Middle East when delivering both customised in-house and open courses such as HR Strategy, the HR Business Partner Programme and Level 5 HR Diploma.
