He has 30 years’ experience in consulting and has advised over 2,400 organisations in more than 40 countries. He specialises in strategic business alignment, organisation design and integrated people strategies, strategic workforce planning, talent management, performance excellence and HR effectiveness. 

His clients in the Middle East include Dubai Government, Abu Dhabi Police, AD Municipality, Qtel, National Commercial Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Dubai Holdings, Abu Dhabi Media, Etisalat, Batelco, HLG, LUBEREF and SABIC.
