This course aims to develop the knowledge and skills of Business Partners to enable you to build credibility to influence key business stakeholders. You will gain insights on what it means to be a ‘business savvy’ HR professional, understand and speak the financial language of business, and appreciate the important role of HR analytics in developing an evidence based approach to HR.

Sarah is a Chartered HR professional with 20 years international experience. Track record of effective partnering with businesses to drive performance excellence through the delivery of people and talent strategies and managing change. Strong leader and communicator with proven leadership capability across all levels of the organisation.

Sarah has held worked with numerous market leaders such as, Accenture, AstraZeneca, Barclays and Beiersdorf MENA just to name a few.

In her last role as a Regional Talent and Development Lead with Beiersdorf, Sarah delivered the talent and development strategy for 1200 employees across MEA, India, Turkey and Russia, supporting brands including NIVEA, NIVEA Men, Eucerin, Labello. She designed training programmes including leadership development, coaching and induction, and worked with specialist external providers to develop programme content and led the delivery of those across the region.

Sarah has a vast experience developing and executing employee engagement strategy and activities to drive a highly engaged workforce. She has worked with business heads to shape local engagement plans and initiatives to address key priorities and increase organisational effectiveness.
